Keith Bowman, Head Honcho and Spiritual Advisor for Frank Myers Auto Maxx, explained that they wanted the newsletter to serve a wider range of interests for their customers. “We know that our customers have lives outside of driving a car,” says Bowman. “That’s why it was important for us to connect with them on many different levels of their lifestyle, and not just write about our dealership or used car news.”
