Winston-Salem, NC Used Car Dealership Named To Top 100 List

RALEIGH, N.C. – Business Leader Media is proud to reveal the Top 100 Small Businesses in North Carolina for 2009-2010.

Frank Myers Auto Maxx was recognized as one of the Top 100 small businesses in the entire state for the third year in a row. The hugely successful and nationally recognized used car dealerships, owned by Certified Master Dealer Tracy Myers, realized an astonishing 1 year growth of 42% and a 5 year growth of a whopping 153%. What makes these numbers even more remarkable is that the automotive industry as a whole has been in a downward spiral the past few years.

“The honor of once again being named one of the top 100 small businesses in North Carolina is simply a testament to my father’s belief that if you surround yourself with good people, they’ll push you to the top,” said Tracy Myers. “If anyone deserves the credit for this recognition, it is my incredible staff because they continue to push me to the top.”

The 2009-2010 winners were ranked based on revenue growth, business achievement and community involvement and were chosen from more than 500 finalists. The rankings and profiles of the companies will appear in the June issue of Triad Business Leader magazine and will be recognized at an awards ceremony on June 24, 2010. In 2009, Frank Myers Auto Maxx placed #27.

WINSTON SALEM, North Carolina—Frank Myers Auto Maxx today announced an all-time sales record for both the first quarter of the year and for the month of April as the car dealership has clearly connected with car buyers across the state of North Carolina and the country.

The announcement was made from the floor of the Benton Convention Center where the company also announced a partnership with GMAC SmartAuction.

In April, the dealership was up 26.1 percent versus one year ago, marking the eighth consecutive month of year-over-year gains for Frank Myers Auto.
