• Keep your cell phone in the crypt: put it away while you’re driving. As people cross the streets erratically, you can’t afford a couple seconds’ worth of distraction.
• Yield to ghosts, zombies, vampires, and anything else out of the ordinary: don’t count on excited kids who are full of sugar to pay close attention to the road or even notice you’re there. Be alert and always stop for pedestrians.
